▷ Mirrorlink: què és, com utilitzar i cotxes, ràdios i mòbils compatibles

Des de la popularització dels sistemes de navegació intel·ligents en els cotxes i la seva compatibilitat amb Android Auto i Apple Car, són molts els fabricants que opta per integrar el que es coneix com MirrorLink. Un dels requisits indispensables per gaudir d'aquest tipus de tecnologia al cotxe es basa en comptar amb una pantalla tàctil d'una mida determinada que a més permeti reproduir color. Però, què és MirrorLink realment? Són tots els cotxes compatibles amb MirrorLink? Existeixen ràdios compatibles amb MirrorLink? Ho veiem a continuació.

Què és MirrorLink i com funciona

Com el seu propi nom indica, MirrorLink no es tracta més que d'una tecnologia que permet duplicar el contingut de la pantalla a el sistema de navegació de l'cotxe. A diferència d'altres sistemes propietaris com Apple Car o Android Acte, MirrorLink duplica la pantalla al telèfon intel·ligent el complet com si d'un monitor es tractés, de manera que no necessitem recórrer a aplicacions compatibles per fer-les funcionar al cotxe.

Pel que fa a el funcionament de MirrorLink, aquest és realment senzill si comptem amb un cotxe i un mòbil compatible. Per norma general, el procés és tan simple com connectar el telèfon a l'cotxe a través d'algun dels ports USB amb els quals el vehicle compti i tot seguit concedir permisos de connexió a l'cotxe. Cal afegir, però, que el cable USB emprat en la connexió ha de ser el propietari de l'propi telèfon o bé un que admeti la transmissió de dades. Us deixem amb diversos models de cables compatibles amb MirrorLink.

Un cop ens haguem assegurat que tant el cotxe com el cable i el telèfon són compatibles amb MirrorLink, agafarem l'smartphone a l'cotxe i ens anirem fins a l'opció de MirrorLink dins de l'aplicació d'Ajustaments d'Android. En mòbils Samsung i HTC, aquesta mateixa opció pot habilitar a través de l'aplicació corresponent (Car Mode, LG MirrorDrive, HTC MirrorLink…), aplicacions que podem descarregar des de la botiga de Google.

Finalment habilitarem l'opció de Permetre la connexió de el telèfon a l'cotxe i automàticament la pantalla passarà a replicar-se a l'detall a la pantalla de l'cotxe.

Llista de mòbils compatibles amb MirrorLink (actualitzada a 2019)

La llista de telèfons Android compatible amb MirrorLink no és molt voluminosa. A dia d'avui, de fet només uns pocs telèfons de Huawei, Samsung, HTC, LG i Sony són compatibles co aquesta tecnologia. La resta de marques com Google amb els Pixel o OnePlus no compten amb compatibilitat davant aquest tipus de sistemes

A l'igual que passa amb els mòbils, no tots els cotxes de mercat són compatibles amb MirrorLink. Actualment la llista es limita a uns quants models de marques com Kia, Toyota, Citroën i Volkswagen.
